I have been keeping a walking journal now since January 2002 so I thought I would start up a threat called Exercise Journals.
For myself I will record here the following
When I go walking with my hubby -- the date and miles
When hubby is working I will be walking to a Richard Simmons Sweating to the Oldies tape.
Anyone else up to keeping a record = making a commitment to exercise min. of 3 times per week? Try recording it -- it will surprise you just how much you do accomplish when you see it in writing.
