Not to be too gross, but has anyone else had issues with abdominal pain and digestive issues when starting to loose weight? I can deal with hunger, but the chronic pain and diarrhea 6+ times a day for nearly a week now has been pretty tough.
I'm assuming this is an issue because I've lowered carbs and increased my vegetable intake- but I'm still eating about 100-150 carbs per day, so nothing crazy like a keto diet. I've also been drinking tons of water as well.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
