Making a few changes helps

  • I have found that if I genuinely want something in life, I make the sacrifice!

    This does not have to be hard; you can start with a little here and a little there.

    What do I mean, well instead of 3 teaspoons of sugar on my food or coffee, try 2 teaspoons and then 1 teaspoon.

    We are creatures of habit and we can get use to the change. You will be proud of yourself and will notice you are dropping pounds, fast! This could help you lose weight over the holidays!
