    1/2 c. plain yogurt w/sf chocolate sauce (5)

    20.5 total for the day - not enuf water tho. TOM is here...so while I have weighed myself (194.2)....I await a lower number by the end of the week (please, pretty please? )

    i don't know how long i'll actually stick with writing what i eat. i don't really keep a close eye on how many carbs i'm eating. i just know pretty much what i can and cannot have. anyway, here goes:

    breakfast:
    1 oz of colby jack

    lunch:
    1/2 chicken breast grilled on george
    3 deviled egg halves ( mayo, mustard, tabasco--filling)

    supper:
    3 cups salad greens
    6 bacon strips
    2 oz cheddar cheese
    2-3 T Caesar Bacon dressing

    drank lots of water, took prenatal vitamin

    Ok, not quite feeling 100% but back at the eating part. Have quite a headache this morning, go figure.

    I also have a headache, may be due to: allery/sinuses?....lack of sleep? (couldn't fall asleep last nite)....or hormonal (usually have headaches during TOM)....take your pick!

    Took Atkins Basic 3, Essential Oils, Accel, and Dieter's Advantage

    Tuesday:

    Meal 3: 2 deviled eggs made with 2 tsp mayo and tabasco

    *needed caffeine for sinus headaches.
  • OHMYGOD supersized...you are going to turn into a chicken....cluk cluk!...wow good for you. I bet the fast fat is challenging...and you gotta love those devilled eggs!

  • I may be sprouting feathers. Cream cheese is also a favorite. The FF is a rough the first 2-3 days then not as bad. It's a good jumpstart.

    Wednesday
    Meal 1: 2 oz cream cheese

    Meal 2: 2 oz cream cheese

    Meal 3: 2 deviled eggs with 2 tsp of mayo

    Drank 3 aspartame-free diet sodas and no water (bad me).

  • ...ahh I see we have switched to cream cheese...with the occasional devilled egg snack....wise move!

    Thursday (up early to prep for job interview and barely slept so I'm already yawning).

    2 scrambled eggs w/butter/cream (1.7)

    Lunch:
    hamburger patty (0)
    salad (3)
    ranch dressing (1)

    Snack:

    Dinner: probably eating out due to ds band jamming session from 6:30 - 8 pm...too noisy to digest food!

    Also still dropping weight as TOM ends - this is WONDERFUL AND AMAZING...I AM SO THRILLED ....looks like 191.8 - is that possible??? Hope this stays low (or lower... )
