Hi, I'm 18 years old and just starting my weight lose journey. I'm at 220 pounds now, I have always been overweight but only in the last 3 years has it touched this level. If I loose weight slowly over 2 years will I have to worry about loose skin?
I'm not sure. It's unlikely at age 18. Young skin is more resilient and shrinks back more quickly. Remember to exercise.
