Works great for bloating / stubborn water !

    The following is truly amazing to me - visible and quick results.
    I recently started taking large daily doses of cranberries combined with a banana to flush excess water (assuming I had excess -have areas that would puff up and stay like that for days)--this was initially spurred on due to recent high blood pressure readings and some obvious ankle swelling So after researching online on how to naturally achieve this I put it into action ( You can look into all the science/ explanation with cranberries but as you know banana's are high in potassium - which breaks down extra salt in our system/water and aides in flushing it out.)
    Well after just 3 days of this ( Two half cups of cranberries / one or more banana's per day) I can radically observe in the mirrow significant contraction/ shrikage of stubborn areas -- assuming all along to be areas of stubborn water weight once again (you can speculate if you want if any fat coming off as well...but I assume it's mainly water) SO MY MAIN POINT being is aside from health benefits of leaning up etc. there of course is the looks / vanity factor and this radical shrinkage in just days is to me nothing short of MIRACULOUS. If anyone else wants to give this a shot for a week and post back results that would be great.

  • For those of us on low carb or keto, a magnesium potassium tablet will offer the minerals without the carbs.

  • Cool... though implied, the mass dosing cranberries is the secret weapon here. Potassium added benefit -- but good call to avoid unnecessary carbs.
    A side FYI -- A major brand offers/sells the cranberries with half the sugar of standard cranberries as well (it comes in large size too) - can't list brand names here.
    Results are still coming in after this post just a few days ago - I look like I lost 20 pounds in one week... no exaggeration.
