Cobb Salad Recipe

  • To make the *perfect* Cobb salad, you MUST use homemade dressing. And it's so easy, there's really no excuse. Just throw some red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and olive oil into a mason jar and shake it out. There's no need to stress over the vinaigrette emulsifying—the mason jar does all the hard work.

    1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2/3 c. extra-virgin olive oil

    1 avocado, thinly sliced
    4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
    5 oz. cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 tbsp. finely chopped chives
