    I had a busy day. Earlier in the day I did 1 mile w/Leslie and then when I got home after church tonight I did another mile.

  • good night all! power walked to church this morning. power walked to lunch afterwards. power walked home after lunch. ran errands on the way home. got caught up on the laundry this afternoon. will be shutting down in a few minutes to go to bed.
  • Insomnia is a terrible thing, so, an early workout this morning. Doctors appointment this morning at 8:00.
