    Sn - GNC Lemon Meringue bar, hot tea
    D - 8 oz roasted chicken, 2 c roasted cabbage
    Sn - chocolate pudding
    water, vitamins

  • Pancake with zucchini
    I’ve been mixing 1/2 cup shredded zucchini in the pancake mix and making a waffle. Yum!

    ETA: I had to sneak in a Premier Protein Chocolate Shake @ 3pm...1st day back hungries! Could have been worse!

    Dinner @ 7pm: Flatbread with Zuke Topping
    IP Tomato Basil Soup
    2 Egg Whites + 1/2t Baking Powder
    1/2c Marinara Sauce
    1c Zucchini Spirals (chopped, seasoned, sauteed)
