Haven't seen any activity here since 2018. So sad. Day 1 of Atkins. I'm at 224. I wasn't able to go shopping last night. So my meals were protein based today.
Breakfast
.75 pounds ribeye steak
Lunch
Spinach and parmesan stuffed chicken breast
Dinner
.25 pounds ribeye steak
4 eggs
Snack
3 chicken wings
My grocery list tonight was much better. I was able to get some veggies! Chat at you in the morning.
Induction day 2
So... I had my husband shop for me and unfortunately I told him I was back on Atkins.. thinking he would know what to get me. Nope
He got me.... Chicken wings, eggs, bacon, peanuts, cashews, broccoli, salad mix, sausage patties... So...
Yep that was my combination of foods all day lol
Breakfast 4 eggs, 2 bacon
Lunch 6 wings, broccoli
Dinner salad, wings, Caesar dressing, hb eggs.
Snacks nuts lol
Day 3 will probably be there same things. Oh well he tried.

The low carb forums have been slow for years. I'm shocked considering how popular Keto was a couple of years ago.
I've been way off plan since vacation in August and I can feel it in my pants. I'm afraid to weight myself today. It's day one for me again. I'm impressed you can eat 12 ounces of steak for breakfast. lol
