Reboot Success

  • Wanted to share a reboot success Incase any need any motivation. I lost about 95lbs 5 years ago and the slowly put it all back on and then some. I ballooned up to 431 and found out I was not far away from needing a liver transplant due to NAFLD.

I tried to reboot over 12 times and I could never stay on plan. The problem with losing the weight once is that I was arrogant in thinking I could just snap my fingers and do it again. Finally finding out my liver was shot was enough motivation knowing I had a problem to fix immediately.

I hit my goal weight of 250 a week ago and I’m currently 246. I took a new FibroScan for my liver and it is now perfectly healthy. I’m doing the new P1 step down this week and looking forward to the new P2. To keep myself accountable to maintenance I’ve been posting on Facebook and Instagram a couple times a week. I’ve received a lot of good feedback. If my story helps 1 person push though and achieve their goal then sharing is well worth it. I’ve got some good before after a on my instagram at @bigdamo94.
