Of course the weekend will be the most challenging, but it's only 10 days so how hard can it be?!......
I"m operating a traffic light system here, so taking in to account all my calories and all my exercise, i'll rate each day as we go along:
Green = energy deficit Yellow = energy neutral Red = too much food!!
Would be great if anyone joined in too for a bit of extra motivation
