For the past few years I've been knee deep doing eldercare and putting my own health to the side taking care of other people but that has to stop. I've put on weight, my A1C is starting to worry me because I'm in danger of tipping over into Type 2 diabetes range rather than pre-diabetes range.

I find I need community again so I was wondering if anyone is still here dealing with PCOS?
