On the first 2 weeks of Phase 1 I lost 5 pounds. I really stuck to it and changed so many of my bad eating habits.....example..snacking!!!

That really got out of hand!
I am doing a very slight variation going into Phase 2. Just adding back a fruit or two. I'm in week 3 now, and have 5 or 6 more pounds to lose to get back to my goal weight that I strayed away from.
I'm not in a hurry, I just want it off. I believe SBD is a sensible way to get there!

My DH is doing a modified SBD along with me. He eats what I fix for dinners. He is losing , too.
Let me know how you're doing. Sounds like we came to the Beach about the same time.
