The title of the thread is a mouthful! But that's my plan. I am going to use this thread to help keep myself accountable on a daily basis.
Day 1
My plan:
Right now, I'm going with 1900 cals per day (or hopefully less..just allowing a decent limit for "hunger" days).
Keeping total carbs at no more than 75 (or hopefully less) per day.
Intermittent Fasting 16/8: Eating between the hours of 11 am to 7 pm.
