Hi I use HMR products. I Go to my hospital nutrition clinic.
any others out there?Favorite meals? Success?
I'm down 12 lbs.😊

I go to my hospital clinic. For the medical supervised.
I average 130.00 to 150.00 a week. It averages out to 3.70 per meal.
15.00 for the class
