I am doing great. Ate a lot of food yesterday. Choked it down and my scale is down 1 lb today. It is so weird how that works like that.
I am on the road today for work for 1/2 the day then back in the office the rest of the day.

I went to curves this morning and as usual it was WONDERFUL!!
I enjoy it so much more than regular exercise and the praise music they play is phenominal I hope to have a loss at weigh in this week but if not I know in my heart that I am doing my best and that is what is mosy important right??? Well Jason is off today so I had better run and spend as much time with him as possible....You ladies have a SUPER day !!!

Glad you're both having good days. Enjoy your partial day on the road, Sherri and you Christie with Jason.

I have had a real busy weekend. Alot of paperwork and it is overwhelming. Trying to figure out what all needs to get done for dd's guardianship and transition so she doesn't have a lapse in medical care. Believe it or not, she has never been on SSI disability and soon she will be due to being an 'adult'. As usual, the eating could be better. We finally had a break in rain so I was able to mow 2 homes lawns yesterday.....so I got some physical exercise. There is quite a bit of snow on the higher peaks. Dh said it was 22 or 24 degrees yesterday morning at 5am. They are predicting the snow level to be at 9,000ft tonight and that will include my town. We shall see.........................[and I really don't want to!!!] I did get the carpets done and they feel nice underfoot, but now I'm having to put the slippers on due to the cold weather. Gotta plan that better next time

Tomorrow is weigh in and I really don't know. I will accept whatever and continue on that horse.
