This is a place for daily check in and accountability. It is okay if you don't have time or energy to discuss. It can be helpful to simply post planned menus, completed menus, other goals such as exercise, challenges, NSVs, (SVs too). Once the shortest day of the year is past, I feel a surge of motivation. I am not waiting for the official start of the new year to renew my commitment to a healthier lifestyle, especially food choices. Here's to 2019!
