I'm one of the many people with a bad habit of "deciding" to lose weight... and then pretty much doing nothing to work toward that goal. I'd try counting calories once in a while, but I could never seem to stick to it for more than a few weeks.
So now I'm trying three different things at the same time, which all feel more manageable for me: low-carb diet, intermittent fasting, and (coming soon) ACV. It's been nearly one month for the first two, and I'm starting with the ACV tomorrow!
I'll probably check in every month or so, as I've got a 90-day goal going. I'd like to get from 145.5 lbs to 120 by the end of the year (I'd be thrilled to hit 115, though). Halloween marks my first 30 days of actually trying, so hopefully I've made good progress!
