I had my doubts...especially since I am in a wheelchair and get little aerobic exercise. But by following Sugar Busters! combined with a 1000-1200 calorie healthy eating plan and I've lost TEN pounds in two weeks! Now I know I'm one of those women who lose big at first and slow down in subsequent weeks, so I don't expect to lose five pounds every week, but I am on my way.
The best thing is that after two weeks on Sugar Busters! I can honestly say my cravings for sweets are well on their way out the door!!!




I just picked up their new book at the library the other day, have been surfing the net for a while reading other people's SB site journeys or way of life and I like what I've been reading...
