I usually hang out in the diabetes support thread, but wanted to share here. From a search it looks like people haven't spoken much about Intermittent Fasting here for a while. I have been doing IF for a while with very encouraging results, but don't want to come across all preachy.

Dr. Fung has weekly blogs, and has posted 5 blogs recently about PCOS and using IF as a treatment.
