    Total October Weight Loss:
  • I started the September thread and then just disappeared. Oops! I did horrible last month regarding my diet. Partly my fault, partly my roommates fault. My roommate kept buying junk food and leaving it out on the counter. She would tell me that I could eat it if I wanted some. I hate wasting food and she never eats it so I ended up eating it myself. Also, my roommate was always bringing home takeout or wanted to go out to eat. I gained 4 lbs last month. Luckily, my roommate moved out last week so it should be easier for me to avoid temptation. I'm going to try to meal prep all my meals in advance to make it easy. I'm going grocery shopping this afternoon and when I get home, I'm going to cook chicken, rice, veggies and other healthy meals for this week. Hopefully I can stick with it for more than a few weeks. My family reunion is at the end of November and I haven't seen some of my family in years. I don't want them to see me like this.

    16. 207.4 lbs (0) - The last time I tried to lose weight, my weight would stall for 10-14 days at a time - always in the middle of my cycle. I'm guessing this is what is happening. I should see a whoosh between the 22nd and the 26th. Well see if my theory pans out.

Thanks! I'll never give up. I figure if I do this enough times, I'm going to hit my goal weight eventually (hopefully this time is the charm).
