I still don't have a scale, but I'd like to participate in the challenge. I'm going to set my goal as 

I have just been very busy the past few weeks and have been battling that same 3-4 lb plateau all month long. I ended with only a 1.6 lb loss for August, so I'll be keeping the same goal weight for September -- I still want to hit 162, which will officially put me in a healthy BMI category for the first time ever. So, that will be only 5.2 lbs for the month, but I think - considering my plateau struggles - that is actually a pretty ambitious goal for me, even if it doesn't really seem like it. I'm hoping that, once I'm able to start reincorporating a little more exercise or different routines into the mix this month, I will finally be able to see some actual movement on the scale again. We shall see...lol. I think I'm going to do things a little differently this month and only weigh-in on Fridays -- I'll be changing my format for just this month to reflect this and see if it helps me not struggle so much mentally with this plateau I'm dealing with lately. I'm hoping to still post more often than that in here, but - if nothing else - I want to make sure I check-in once a week, minimum!
