How do you stay on plan when you get company for weeks at a time? Every day is expected to be an exception. That doesn't work! How do you handle prepping company suppers and constant restaurant meals? Many of the restaurants around here don't even offer a simple low cal salad dressing.

You might not be able to find top quality health food at restaurants, but you should be able to find some moderately healthy food in most restaurants by following a few simple rules.
Avoid added sugar (e.g. sweet sauces).
Avoid deep fried foods (e.g. fried chicken).
Avoid refined carbs (e.g. white bread, white rice, pasta, or croutons).
Order something that comes with vegetables, or get a salad, or get vegetables as a side dish.
I'd suggest getting a dressing made from some type of healthy oil (e.g. olive or sesame). If you're worried that they'll add too much, you can ask for the dressing on the side.
