Goal-I would like to figure out what's been going on that I'm gaining weight. It's frustrating. I am hoping to reverse the trend for June.
June 1- 126.9 lbs t. o. m.
June 2- 127.0 lbs (LS) gym
June 3- 127.2 lbs (LS) gym
June 4- 127.7 lbs Monday- weights
June 5- 126.8 lbs gym
June 6- 127.1 lbs gym
June 7- 126.5 lbs cardio/weights
June 8- 127.2 lbs
June 9- 126.8 lbs (LS)
June 10- 126.4 lbs (LS) gym
June 11- 127.4 lbs Monday
June 11- 127.2 lbs weights
June 12- 126.7 lbs
June 13- 126.0 lbs 30 min stepmill, 20 min elliptical, 10 min treadmill- no cereal past few days!
June 14- 125.6 lbs
