I am rebooting with IP and I am trying the alternative route. However, since I live in Canada shipping prices are ridiculous! Just wondering where the Canadians order from on here. And were you slammed with duty? I have looked into Nashua Nutrition and the $45 shipping is a little tough to swallow. Plus, I heard that you end up paying duty on top of that. I also looked into Amazon.ca but to get the ProtiDiet bars I am interested in that’s also $35 for shipping! I realize that even with shipping it’s still cheaper then buying IP products but was wondering if I am missing some secret hidden online gem. Sucks that we get nailed with higher shipping costs just for living across a border.

There is a great source for alternative products in Canada. It is quick and cost effective and tons of variety. It is run by Dawn, a former IP coach who's very helpful. She has created a list of foods that fit as unrestricted and restricted. She carries Proti Diet, Kay's Natural chips (restricted), and others. She has supplements too.

She has the nutritional info posted for each item (yay!) and even a GF section.
