. Jen, I still drink fully leaded coffee, one cup first thing, then water the rest of the day. It has made no difference that I can acertain. But like so many things it depends on the person, if it slows you down or not, and baby steps are the best thing. I used to drink about 10 cups a day then the rest was diet coke, so getting down to 1 cup is amazing for me.
Got to bed super early last night, was worn right out after all the running around yesterday and I still ended up having to run into work for a bit to finish up some things that needed attention, so much for a day off. Today, I get to putter around my house, thank god, and clean up the place, it is looking sadly neglected.
Brad, I feel your pain, I have 3 spare sets of keys for everything, placed around with family that have cell phones,

and I did splurge and get the ignition keys cut, just in case. I hate to get stranded anywhere. Hope it helps your sister learn a rather unpleasant lesson. And curse those darn off program meals, bet you'll bounce right back though, good thing it wasn't too high in carbs anyway, small blessings
Karen, I bet you'll be popping over to 189 on Monday, didn't you mention being 190 when you weighed in at the gym? And the exercise sure does slow down the loss but I think I'm catching up now, it doesn't seem to be slowing me down anymore
