I currently an using MyFitnessPal to record everything going in my mouth as well as Fitbit for my steps.
I started at 204 pounds and have been down to 186 a couple of times. I keep bouncing up again and dont know why.
I am trying to keep at 1300 calories a day but I seem to be gaining. I do lose when I only eat around 900 a day but I don’t think that is enough to sustain my body. I am not giving up but I really is very frustrating to fight hunger feelings only to get on the scale in the morning to see a gain.
