Hello Chicksters, I used to be quite active on this forum a few years ago, and reasonably successful, getting halfway to my weight loss goal. Unfortunately as is often the way of these things, life got in the way and I gained almost all of it back. Sigh. I'm sure a lot of you have been through the same thing. With every stumble and every year it seems a little bit harder to pick yourself up again... but here I am.
