I actually considered making a new profile because I joined in 2007- imagine that! But i don't think I should feel ashamed about wanting to lose weight. Even if it takes years of on and off learning and setbacks- who cares? I'm still willing to try again so there! What a lovely thing to see this site is still up and running and inspiring folks to better health!
I haven't even really formulated a plan except to go back to the gym and not eat any chips. Starting small I guess!
