    My goal this month is to get back to being consistent. Last month I slacked off big time. I will alternate between indoor cycling and going to the gym ideally 6 days per week.

  • I'm in. I am working to add one active event (whether treadmill or bike or wii fit zumba or whatever) each day with Sunday off. Fitbit walking is excluded as I already do that. I'm trying to amp it up.
