There are other threads you can join other than a 150s thread. In the 100 lbs support group there's a thread for people getting out of any decade of the 100s (190s or less). There are daily support threads for food and exercise that you can use to track your weight and get support. There are also challenge threads for weight loss (the 'competition' is mainly about support, from what I've seen).
