I'm back....still trying.

  • 2 babies later and a divorced RN. I want to get this weight OFF before I turn 40! I don't want to try anything crazy or unsustainable.

    The latest diet, I tried and worked was 5:2. I saw my back fat disappearing!

    Guess, I'm going to try even harder with that...I also noticed, I had to buy filling foods to do the 500 Cal/day. Celery became my best friend.
  • Welcome back, Jendiet! It's a good idea to start back in before the holiday season gets into full swing. I have done JUDDD, which is similar to 5:2, but just with more 500 calorie days. Loading up on veggies works great for that!
