Hi there,
I am a 5 foot girl and weigh 110 pounds andI was at 132 pounds and went down to 110. I have been counting my calories and am eating 1200 calories. I did not work out, but i have recently started zumba 3 times a week for 50 mins. I am hoping that will break the plateau.
I am getting married in April and would like to be 10 pounds down by then.
Any tips would be appreciated.
Also has anyone beat the plateau with intermittent fasting?
