Weight Loss Supplements

  • Hi. Has anyone here ever tried weight loss supplements like Acai Berry or Garcinia Cambogia for instance? Did you experience any weight loss? I want to take supplements to help me with my weight loss. Any thoughts?
  • I have never tried Acai Berry.
  • The real scientific evidence on garcinia's value as weight loss product is poor. Haven't tried it either for this reason.

  • I have tried taking an Acai Berry for a short time only. Alternatively, my friend has introduced a Shake Off as an effective supplement for losing weight. I have found it effective. I am always constipated which causes my blood pressure to shoot up. Drinking this juice brings my blood pressure to its normal level.

  • I haven't found it effective, but from my friends, i can say that they work for them. It's all about the genetics.
