Getting excited

  • I am a 43 yr old female trying to lose. I have fought this weight issue all my life. I started a mth ago at 220 in the gym and not really dieting just trying to make better choices. I am as of 5 weeks in down to 215 I dont want to starve myself or crave foods I was just wondering if people think This is a good way or should I do more I am tired of looking at the fat chick in the mirror.
  • Welcome to 3FatChicks! I think losing a pound a week is good. The only suggestion I would make is to try to make everything you eat contain nutrition of some kind. Limit empty calories and focus on whole foods.
