There are some threads that are more active than others. It may take a bit of looking around before you find the thread that has folks posting at the rate you'd like. Don't give up - there are folks around and about.

It’s slow here - I think part of it has to do with the time of year as well - the baking, eating comfort food and wanting to hibernate. Hah. Been there
And did that last year. Hop in wherever you feel like posting. There are some active threads in the 100 lb range all of them are friendly and encourage you to work with what you are trying and are good sounding boards etc. they have helped me many a time.

Thanks for your responses! I am starting with trying to lose 30 pounds and once I get there, I'll re-evaluate and see where I want to go next. I just know I have to get this weight off; it's weighing me down emotionally as well as physically.
