  • Goal: eventually backi to under 120 lbs if that's possible with the heavy lifting, if not, that's okay too. I'm going to up the cardio.

    Well this is frustrating. No added sugar, no bread, no pasta, no starchy vegetables, no fried food, 1500 cal/day and I'm 126 lbs. Ugh.
