    Last night I added on: Full Body Stretch (standing)

  • will go for a power walk and run an errand in a few minutes.
  • will go for my final power walk for today and run another errand in a few minutes.
  • Hey ladies! Today's my rest day but I wanted to step in and tell you all you're doing wonderful! Have a good one!
  • Well today I wound up walking 6.4 miles, up 22 floors, and I cut a whole pickup load of trimmings off my shrubs, pruned the lower branches out of a tree, did some weeding, and vacuumed out my car and the back of the truck. I also did stretches this am and ab exercises. Now to go clean the kitchen and take a shower. I had planned on washing the dogs but I am going to take them to the local dogwash instead so I don't have to deal with dog hair all over my bathroom walls.
  • went for a power walk after supper. also ran an errand. my fitness goals for today have been attained.
