I've emailed the 3fc admins but have not gotten a response. I can't figure out why there are 2 JC threads on this IP forum? i understand that they need to have ads to keep this website. But it's really enough to see these ads on the top and side bars - and within the posts that I read. It undermines the Ideal Protein Forum to actually have the second and third threads from JC! This is NOT a Jenny Craig forum. It is for people who are doing the Ideal Protein protocol.

Perhaps if others of you who frequent this forum also email the 3FC admins, we can get those removed.

And that's my rant for today.
