I'm getting back on old SBD. I tried the NEW SBD and I swear I gained weight
The prepackaged meals were awful and very expensive. Has anyone else tried to just do the old SBD vs the new online SBD. I lost 90 lbs in 2011 doing it the old way and I am trying to do it by memory. Does anyone have anything to lists/guidelines to help me out? Thanks so much
