Rebooting peeps!

We made it to Wednesday! wooo hooo! Let's kick this weeks arse by eating good! I am making cauliflower crust for my chicken pizza tonight, first time making the crust. Wish me luck!

Hope it turns out good! I tried it once and it seemed to be a lot of work. But, admittedly, that was early on in this journey and I hadn't started doing a lot of prepwork yet. Good luck!

We'll be starting our Colorado vacay this evening (taking 4 days to travel from SE Texas, pulling my home on wheels, ie. my 40ft 5th wheel). So excited! I just know I am going to fall in love with Colorado! It will be hard to leave it and head back to the stifling humidity of my present, but not permanent home, in SE Texas. Got my veggies prepped and fridge is loaded with lean meats and WF products. My man keeps reminding me not to forget this or that and all I can say is I will be pulling everything I own; its impossible to forget anything!!

I live in Colorado! its a beautiful State!!

I'm on the plane headed to Los Angeles for Neil Diamond concerts tomorrow night and Saturday. At 76 and wrapping up the US tour with these 2 shows, it may be last time he plays in US and I want to be there if so. His concerts are awesome!

2.5 more days and I finish 6 weeks back on phase 1.

I need to go to clinic on Monday to get more products as this trip will deplete me - I will only have 1 IP packet left for Monday morning but that will hold me over until I get to clinic in the early afternoon on Monday. Worst case scenario is I use my Quest powder but I really want to stick with IP products this time as I committed to doing this just like I did first time.
