why is green tea helping with my gyno and not doing anything else

What do you mean "helping with your gyno" and what else are you expecting it to do?

gyno is short for Gynecomastia (fatty breast tissue in men) and green tea is supposed to help with that. Polyphenols in green tea are also supposed to help with weight loss in a mechanism that is separate from caffeine. That said, even using optimistic studies, we are talking about an effect of maybe 50 calories a day, so not something one would likely notice.

i mean it is helping me lose gyno ( decreasing boobs ) not helping with rest of body
