I'm usually very precise in my calorie counting and never go over maintenance but this week I've not been as careful with tracking and gave myself more freedom to eat junk food. I haven't been binging or anything close to it! but I've also had about 2 shots of vodka every nigh this week, which is not the norm for me at all (I usually don't drink alcohol much).
my weight has gone up 6 pounds this week. Its also not TOM so I cant blame hormons. I'm still hoping most of it is water weight though cause it cant be 6 pounds of fat! so how much of actual weight do you think I gained?
whats even the realistic amount of actual weight you can gain in one week from over eating?
