Goals for the week of 6/26/17

  • I may be a day late with posting my goals but better late than never. Small goals but at least it is a start:

    1. Exercise for 30 minutes every day
    2. Drink at least 64 ounces of water

    Now to be held responsible:

    Monday - 62 minutes, 84 oz of water
    Tuesday - 64 minutes,
