I was unable to copy and paste the IP sheet but this is the info contained therein:
Breakfast: 1 packet
L: 1 packet, 2 cup select veggies, unlimited salad
D: 2 packets, 2 cups select veggies, unlimited salad
snack: 1 packet
In place of 1 dinner packet you may have an onlet made from 1 whole egg and 3 eggwhites. No meat protein! And you may still have the second dinner packet.
Stay on this for 2-3 days
Drink your water
Stick to soups, juice drink mixes and puddings
NO restricted items
NO occassional veggies
DO NOT exercise
