Hi Jean, I am also 63 and need to get my act together too! My name is Pumpkin and I'm hoping to get some info from others as well. The thing about me is, I've joined the gym a few months ago and still won't go. I just can't get motivated. I do have health issues, and that's the reason why I should be going. I too hope that we could get some good insight about healthy ways to get on track b/c I'm hoping to make friends as well. Let's keep in touch and hope others will too.

Sorry I haven't been on here in a long while. Things just sometimes get in the way so I am back and going to TRY to get my act together. It is really sad because I KNOW what I need to do, but doing it is another thing. I am a terrible procrastinator but I am not getting any younger so I need to do this NOW. Anyway, I will be your friend if you want. Don't know how that works but I can use all the help I can get.
