I've just started week 2 of eating low carb. I drink 2 protein shakes a day - usually - sometimes 1 and eat dinner - lean meat or fish and non-starchy vegetables. i'm going to start mixing peaches or berries in my vanilla shakes once in a while.
Is anyone else doing anything like this?
I just started Wonderslim under doctor's supervision. I'm doing 4 protein shakes/puddings which are 100 calories each and 2 small "Lean and greens that follow the medifast guidelines. My doctor is allowing me to add 2 servings of lower carb fruits, such as cherries, berries, or grapefruit, a day.
Hi! I am also under a doctors supervision. My shakes are 160 calories and 30 grams of protein. I can have 1 cup fruits a day with a low glycemic index. i'm trying to keep my carbs at 20 or less. I can also have 2tbs of healthy fats daily. I definitely feel better when I eat low carb so it hasn't been too bad. How are you doing? Do you have a family you have to cook for?
