
This 10 week challenge will bring us to the last week of July, which for most of us will be the height of the summer season. For some.... it will be winter, and for Scotland... that will always mean rain
. But for us all it will be another chance to record and keep and eye on our gains, our losses, and hopefully a healthier and more knowledgeable 300+ team.The rules for this challenge are the same as before:
1) Please Enter your starting weight come the 22nd May.
2) Each week enter your updated weight.
3) If you are on holiday or have not weighed in for any specific reason, please put a note in the cell and I will see it
4) If you have not entered a note, and have not weighed in for 3 weeks, your information will be removed.
5) Please comment on the thread about your progress, your ups and downs and lets motivate each other to a healthier life.
6) Please do not edit the cells.
