    Here is the fourth of eight challenges across the calendar for 2017. I am keeping the challenge alive since SmallSteps has not been posting lately.

    Here is her explanation of the Challenge: SmallSteps: I’m wondering would anyone like to join me in a yearly challenge? Now, don't panic at the thoughts of going into this from January 1st to December 31st! For me, it would be near impossible to stay focused for a full year so I have decided to split the year into 8 challenges or 8 mini targets to reach. Each challenge represents a 6-8 week time during the year.

    Challenge 1: New Years Day to Valentine’s Day (January 1st to February 14th) Challenge 1
    Challenge 2: Valentine’s Day until April Fools Day (February 14th to April 1st) Challenge 2
    Challenge 3: April Fools Day until Mother's Day (April 1st to May 14th) Challenge 3

    Challenge 4: Mother's Day until Independence Day (May 14th to July 4th)
    Challenge 5: Independence Day to Labor Day (July 4th to September 4th)
    Challenge 6: Labor Day to Columbus Day (September 4th to October 9th)
    Challenge 7: Columbus Day until Thanksgiving Day (October 9th to November 23rd)
    Challenge 8: Thanksgiving Day to New Years Eve (November 23rd to December 31st)



    Weigh in days for challenges will be once a week.

  • Thank you laura! My goals from Mother's Day to Independence Day...hmmmm. Keep working on quitting Diet Coke and working towards a 14lb loss. Independence Day is 2 days after my 30th birthday and I WANT RESULTS! Good luck darlings!

    VickiLou maintaining is just a whoosh in waiting. Stay focused and patient it will come.
    kfunk and gulf this is just temporary. I know as well as the both of you that it will come off.
    I must admit I am very excited to be down 2 pounds this week. My loss has slowed and I was hoping like crazy for a pound. Two down has me on cloud 9!
    Let's all stay focused and move those numbers down.
